We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Administrator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage diaries and schedules, including booking and facilitating work and personal appointments.
  • Plan, book, and manage meetings with staff and outside parties, ensuring timely completion of post-meeting minutes and updates.
  • Provide comprehensive support across various aspects of the business.
  • Implement and maintain internal organisational systems, including database management and integration.
  • Utilise strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and task delegation expertise to achieve exceptional results.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in an administration role within a childcare setting or similar environment.
  • Able to handle complex client-related issues with poise and professionalism.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Experience working in a dynamic and varied environment.
  • Strong administrative skill set, including proficiency in Office 365 suite.
  • Familiarity with quality and efficiency principles.
  • Valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle for travel.
