Land Management Specialist Job Opportunity
Job Description:We are seeking a skilled Land Management Specialist to lead contaminated land investigations and site remediation projects. The successful candidate will work closely with our team of experts to develop strategies for environmental risk management and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead contaminated land investigations, including project scoping, fieldwork, and data analysis
  • Manage field programs, contractors, and junior staff to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Develop and implement strategies for environmental risk management, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation
  • Liaise with clients, auditors, regulators, and internal teams to provide expert advice and support
Required Skills and Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or a related field
  • At least 15 years of experience in contaminated land consulting in Australia
  • Strong working knowledge of Queensland and national legislation (EP Act, NEPM)
  • Excellent writing, reporting, and client communication skills
