Key Role: AML Operations Detection

This is a critical leadership position that oversees the entire AML/CTF operational framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to detect and prevent money laundering activities.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive AML operations strategy to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and assess sanctions risk, Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs), adverse media, and third-party risk.
  • Lead the team in creating and maintaining effective risk management processes and procedures.
  • Implement strategies to stay ahead of emerging AML/CTF trends and best practices.

About You

We are seeking a seasoned professional with experience in AML or investigations. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of AML/CTF legislation and industry accreditations such as ACAMS or ICA are highly regarded.
