A passionate and culturally grounded coordinator is sought to support community healing through programs that prioritize trauma-informed care.
This role offers more than just employment — it's a chance to collaborate with community members, facilitate healing journeys, and lead a dedicated team making a tangible impact.
About the Opportunity- Coordinate a team of facilitators and case managers working with Aboriginal individuals and families impacted by Family Violence.
- Ensure programs are delivered with cultural safety, integrity, and strong community connection.
- Proven experience working in Family Violence (essential)
- A solid understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
- Passion for supporting mob on their healing journey
- A supportive environment where culture comes first
- Ongoing training & leadership development opportunities
- Flexibility to work full-time or 0.8 FTE
