Front Office Duty Manager Job Description

The role of Front Office Duty Manager is to provide seamless and transformative guest experiences through the execution of various tasks and duties.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and solve problems calmly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests, secure payment, activate/reissue room keys, resolve guest calls etc.">
  • Provide consistent outstanding guest service in everything that is done.">
  • Supervise and manage employees, establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees, and review financial statements and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.">
  • Assist in the response and resolution of all guest issues received directly from guests or from Guest Relations.">
  • Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals.">

  • Conflict resolution experience.">
  • Flexibility to work on a 24-hour rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.">
