Front Office Duty Manager Job Description
">The role of Front Office Duty Manager is to provide seamless and transformative guest experiences through the execution of various tasks and duties.
">The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to multitask and solve problems calmly and professionally.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Process guest check-ins, check-outs, room assignments, and room change/late check-out requests, secure payment, activate/reissue room keys, resolve guest calls etc.">
- Provide consistent outstanding guest service in everything that is done.">
- Supervise and manage employees, establish and maintain open, collaborative relationships with employees, and review financial statements and performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.">
- Assist in the response and resolution of all guest issues received directly from guests or from Guest Relations.">
- Maintain a strong working relationship with all departments to support property operations and goals.">
Requirements:

- Previous experience as a Front Office Duty Manager.">
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.">
- Thorough follow up, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills are a must.">
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.">
- Able to emotionally connect with guests and provide superior levels of service.">
- Conflict resolution experience.">
- Flexibility to work on a 24-hour rotating roster including public holidays and weekends.">
