Job Title: Front Office Manager

We are seeking an experienced Front Office Leader to lead our team in a luxury hotel environment.

  • Effectively monitor the operations of the front office department, providing support and guidance to fellow associates to ensure a successful and effective operation.
  • Supervise staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
  • Mentor and train fellow Front office team members in hotel operations.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and communicate a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Experience with hotel management systems such as OPERA.
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to lead a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills with ability to work effectively with guests.
  • Outstanding time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and make sound decisions.

This is a full-time position working on a 24-hour rotating roster including public holidays and weekends. You will join a supportive and highly experienced team offering a variety of generous benefits and discounts for employees across all Marriott properties worldwide.
