Key Responsibilities:

">

This role will see you delivering a high level of service excellence in all interactions with guests. You will manage the day-to-day operations of the front office, ensuring seamless check-ins and check-outs, managing bookings and room allocations, responding to guest queries and resolving issues promptly.

In addition, you will work closely with park operations teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services including customer service, grounds maintenance and housekeeping. This may involve supporting with tasks such as pool cleaning, pest control or other general park duties as required.

As part of our team, you will also be responsible for supporting an inclusive team culture, promoting diversity and inclusion in the workplace and fostering a positive working environment.

Out-of-hours support calls are also an essential part of this role, where you will provide assistance and resolve issues that arise outside of normal operating hours.
