Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team in Western Australia.

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a forward-looking operational finance role with a reputable FMCG brand.
  • The successful candidate will be provided with ownership of a state Profit and Loss statement, exposure to senior operational stakeholders, and an attractive salary package.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Financial Insights and Recommendations: Collaborate with business units to provide financial insights and recommendations that support strategic decision-making.
  2. Financial Communication: Communicate financial findings to non-financial stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  3. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and analyse budgets, forecasts, and variance reports to ensure accurate financial planning.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Support strategic decision-making through data-driven financial analysis and recommendations.
  5. Process Improvement: Identify, implement, and drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Financial Metrics Reporting: Monitor and report on key financial metrics to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  1. Accounting Qualifications: CA/CPA qualified or equivalent.
  2. Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data.
  3. Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and comfort liaising with senior stakeholders.
  4. Influencing and Collaboration: The ability to influence and collaborate with various stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
