The Employee Relations Team is a specialist advisory service on all things related to the employment relationship.
We provide expert advice and interpretation on employment entitlements, as well as case management support for Managers and employees on workplace employment-related issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing effective strategies, solutions, and interventions in an ER role.
- Building relationships with employees, managers, and stakeholders to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Providing guidance on HR Policy and Processes, as well as supporting the development of these policies.
