Join Our Team as a Risk and Compliance Manager, Group and Corporate

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Risk and Compliance Manager to join our team at Challenger Limited. As a key member of our Risk and Compliance team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing group risk and compliance frameworks and systems, while providing risk and compliance support to our corporate functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement group risk and compliance frameworks and systems
  • Provide risk and compliance support to corporate functions
  • Support risk workshops and control self-assessments to enhance risk management
  • Draft detailed reports for the Board, Group Risk Committee, and Executive Leadership team
  • Monitor and evaluate the external regulatory environment and emerging industry trends to recommend best practices in risk management

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 years' experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a similar advisory role within financial services
  • Strong knowledge of financial services laws and regulatory frameworks
  • Good understanding of risk and compliance management practices and frameworks
  • Strong skills in data analysis and report writing
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think laterally to provide pragmatic, balanced advice
