Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to oversee the accounting and service payment processes for a major health infrastructure project.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely financial management of monthly service payment schedules, reconciliations, and stakeholder engagement.
The position will initially focus on PPP financials before broadening to support wider financial accounting functions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage monthly service payment schedules with project partners and other stakeholders.
- Liaise with government departments and partners to forecast and confirm payment schedules.
- Reconcile journals and accounting entries for service payments, maintenance costs, and modifications.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across finance, operations, and technical partners.
- Ensure compliance with contractual terms and identify opportunities for cost recovery.
- Strong technical financial accounting skills (CA/CPA)
- Prior PPP project experience is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex contractual financial arrangements.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
