Financial Operations Manager

The primary role of the Financial Operations Manager is to oversee the delivery of financial services and support to the organization. This includes the preparation and submission of annual budget and forecast submissions, staff management plans, monthly reporting, reconciliations, analysis and interpretation of variances, completion of financial reports and advice on forecast and budget management.
This position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the timely delivery of financial services and support to the organization. The Financial Operations Manager must be able to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain communication and coordinate information sharing.
The Financial Operations Manager will also be responsible for overseeing commercial payments, ensuring accuracy and resolving issues, and coordinating audits, ensuring compliance and accurate records.

- Equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training;
