Compliance and Risk Professional Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Compliance and Risk professional to strengthen corporate governance and embed best-practice compliance across our organisation. This is a unique opportunity to influence positive organisational culture, improve risk management systems, and ensure compliance with legislative and governance obligations.

You will lead the implementation of our Enterprise Risk Management Framework and Compliance Management Framework, ensuring alignment with legislative obligations, corporate planning, and reporting requirements.

  • Bachelor degree in Commerce, Law, Business, Risk Management, Governance or related discipline;
  • Minimum of five years' relevant experience in governance, compliance, risk, fraud or complaints management;
  • Minimum of five years' leadership experience;
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret legislation and policies in complex compliance roles;
  • Strong judgement and decision-making skills, with experience working in politically sensitive environments;

This role works collaboratively across the organisation, providing advice, training, and coaching to managers and staff. It is central to embedding a culture of governance excellence and accountability in support of our strategic objectives.

Benefits
