Contract Services Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Contract Services Coordinator to join our team at The Salvation Army. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Blackburn, VIC.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and review contract documents, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Advise stakeholders on contract management practices and protocols.
- Manage documentation through the Zendesk system, using agreed processes and time frames.
- Support the development and submission of tenders and grants.
- Tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline or proven experience in a related field.
- Experience in the community services sector, with a minimum of 2 years.
- Demonstrated knowledge of contract management practices and protocols.
- Demonstrated abilities in compliance management and/or legislative change.
