Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Design Manager to lead the pre-construction design activities for multiple construction projects. This role requires collaboration with clients and project managers to ensure timely delivery, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with project specifications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee pre-construction design activities across multiple projects
  • Collaborate with clients, project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Review project specifications and contracts to ensure compliance
  • Advise on project design schedules and budgets
  • Maintain open communication with senior management on key milestones and potential issues
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or engineering
  • 5+ years of experience in design management in the construction industry
  • Proven track record working on large-scale industrial construction projects from $30m upwards
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
