Project Lead - Defence Estate Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the management of defence estate activities, supporting the PAS contract.

  • Manage and oversee the execution of various estate-related tasks, including maintenance requests, survey & quote activities, and works projects.
  • Review and approve project proposals, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory compliance.
  • Oversee the processing and management of all estate maintenance to ensure timely completion.
  • Lead the coordination of survey initiatives and the preparation of quotes for estate work projects.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • 7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years' experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, including working with government agencies, contractors, and other external partners.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to estate works and Defence projects.
  • Strong knowledge of project management tools and software, with the ability to implement and manage continuous improvement processes.
