- Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives.">
Requirements

- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline (IBD Certification highly regarded).">
- Experience in Production Management within an FMCG environment.">
- Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.">
- Strong leadership skills and ability to coach others.">
- Flexibility and adaptability in changing situations.">
- Organised and able to juggle competing priorities.">
