Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the daily operations of a vineyard, ensuring high-quality standards are met. This includes conducting tractor and machinery operations, such as pruning, harvesting, spraying, mowing, mulching, trimming, and leaf plucking.

Additionally, the successful applicant will manage irrigation operations, perform maintenance tasks, and engage in hands-on vineyard work to ensure the highest quality standards are achieved.

Requirements
  • Vineyard experience is highly desirable, but not essential; we welcome applicants with transferable skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols;
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
  • Able to perform manual handling work and have a full, unrestricted driver's license;
