We are seeking an accomplished Event Marketing and Partnerships Manager to join our team at Podium. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving impactful event and go-to-market partnership initiatives, enhancing our brand presence, and delivering quality leads to our sales team.

This role requires a strategic thinker who can work at pace while managing various priorities, delivering high-quality results, and holding themselves accountable to improve outcomes and drive business growth.

The Event Marketing and Partnerships Manager will oversee end-to-end event calendar planning, logistics, and execution of select partner events, Podium events, and trade shows, ensuring seamless operations, budget adherence, exceptional attendee experiences, and attendance.

You will ideate, identify, and test new event formats for both customers and prospects. Your analytical skills will be utilized to assess performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for optimization. You will conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and create reports highlighting key metrics and insights, using findings to improve future event strategies.

  • Develop and implement innovative partner marketing initiatives that highlight Podium's unique features and benefits, driving new business through partnerships, heavily leveraging virtual events.
  • Execute and manage virtual event calendars, in collaboration with partnerships, integrations, and sales teams.
  • Create compelling, bespoke content for various channels, including presentation decks, email, text, and direct mail campaigns to generate excitement and engagement.

In this role, you will work cross-functionally with local and international internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align efforts with overall company goals. You will develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders, ensuring consistent and compelling brand representation across all touchpoints.
