The role

Based in either our Melbourne or Byron Shire offices, we're looking for an experienced Event Marketer to lead the promotion of our world-class wellness experiences and events. Simply, your mission will be to sell the experience and fill the room.

In this newly created role, you will be the go-to for event campaign planning and delivery. Your day-to-day responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead the full marketing strategy for each event — from crafting positioning and messaging to post-event analysis
  • Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns across social, email, PR, paid media and content, working with internal teams and external agencies
  • Own the creative direction and development of event visuals, landing pages, and promotional assets
  • Manage relationships with digital and PR agencies, ticketing platforms, venues, and event talent
  • Brief and collaborate with speakers and talent on content deliverables (e.g. social videos, interviews)
  • Drive audience engagement with fresh, on-brand storytelling that builds buzz and drives ticket sales
  • Manage event-specific social content and community engagement before, during and after the event
  • Work closely with partnerships, PR and content teams to maximise exposure and earned media
  • Oversee budget tracking, campaign timelines and performance reporting
  • Deliver insightful post-event wrap-ups, highlight reels, and data-driven learnings to improve future campaigns

About you

We're keen to hear from applicants who have:

  • 3–5+ years in marketing live events or brand experiences
  • Strong digital know-how and experience managing integrated campaigns
  • Excellent copywriting and creative briefing skills
  • Communication and relationship building skills, knowing how to connect with an audience
  • Excellent organisation skills and loves a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for health, wellness and live events
