About the Role

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at ASR Recruitment, you will be responsible for owning and managing your desk, working closely with the General Manager and your peers to achieve business objectives. Your role will involve a 360-degree approach, encompassing the entire recruitment process from initial meetings to offer management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring seamless communication with clients and candidates.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Source and attract top talent, utilizing various recruitment strategies and techniques.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for each role.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to set and achieve business targets, ensuring the growth and success of the company.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of three years' recruitment experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • A positive, hard-working, and ethical attitude, with a genuine desire to do business for the right reasons.
  • A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent, with a strong understanding of recruitment principles and practices.
