Lead Technical Operations

About the role

You will lead a diverse range of projects from start to finish, focusing on continuous improvement in technical operations. This includes driving speed, quality, and customer experience. You will oversee scheduling, callouts, installs, inventory, and parts management across the region.


Responsibilities
  • Strategically plan and execute technical operations to meet business objectives.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and effective problem-solving.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the team.
  • Develop strong relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate performance reviews and ongoing technical training.
  • Promote a customer-centric approach in every interaction and leadership moment.
