Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Coffee Machine Technician to lead our technical operations across the state, bringing together a high-performing team of espresso machine specialists to deliver best-in-class service to our customers.

This role involves overseeing scheduling, callouts, installs, inventory and parts management across the region, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and knowledge-sharing within the team and across the organization. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, experience in managing teams and a strong understanding of commercial espresso equipment (specifically La Marzocco machines).
