Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing clear visual direction and guidance across all Art development.
  • Sharing passion for excellence through inspiring artwork/style guides.
  • Driving the vision forward by aligning with and understanding the art direction.
  • Continually innovating and improving visual quality on all projects.

Additional responsibilities include planning project pitches, dealing with clients, mentoring artists, and overseeing multiple art disciplines.

Required skills include an impeccable eye for aesthetic quality, proficiency in current development tools, excellent communication skills, and good leadership skills.
