We are seeking an Empowerment Facilitator to join our team.

Main Responsibilities
  • To deliver impactful Training to Employment Pathways that support individuals in building sustainable careers.
  • Mentor participants, deliver life skills education, and evaluate outcomes to ensure ongoing success and alignment with community needs.
Community Engagement
  • Actively engage with community members and organisations to promote and support the Pathways program.
  • Build trust and rapport with participants to foster a sense of belonging and motivation.
Education Delivery and Development
  • Deliver tailored Training to Employment Pathways initiatives that address participant need, including self-belief and empowerment, resource management, and sustainability.
  • Evaluate outcomes and identify areas for improvement.
Stakeholder Relationship Management
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders, including businesses, community organisations, and government agencies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create opportunities and resources that enhance program delivery.
Quality Improvement
  • Continuously assess and improve program processes, materials, and delivery methods.
  • Incorporate participant and stakeholder feedback into program enhancements.
Mentorship and Support
  • Provide mentorship to participants, guiding them through challenges and helping them achieve their career goals.
  • Offer personalised support to ensure participants' successful transition into employment pathways.
Reporting and Evaluation
  • Prepare detailed reports on outcomes, participant progress, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Use evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness and impact of education.
