Project Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced project leader to oversee all stages of project development from inception to completion. This includes coordinating with clients, managing project timelines, ensuring design and documentation quality, supervising team members, and ensuring projects meet technical and regulatory requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with other design professionals to deliver innovative and functional design solutions. They will have strong project management and coordination skills, experience in architecture, urban design, and interior design, excellent communication and client management skills, and the ability to lead, supervise and mentor team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong project management and coordination skills - and associated digital programs
  • Experience in architecture, urban design, and interior design
  • Excellent communication and client management skills
  • Ability to lead, supervise and mentor team members
  • Technical expertise in design and documentation
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance
  • Proficiency in design and project management software
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
  • Professional certification or licensure is preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Other Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Leader in an architectural practice years minimum)
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and architectural design
  • Registered Architect
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in myriad of technologies - Revit, AI, CAD, Adobe Suite
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
