SAP Senior Delivery Manager

As a seasoned professional in SAP project management, this role demands exceptional leadership and technical expertise to drive strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily operations of SAP Business As Usual (BAU) support, ensuring seamless incident management, service requests, problem management, and minor enhancements.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), tracking and reporting performance metrics for enhanced decision-making.
  • Cultivate effective collaboration between client teams, offshore delivery teams, and third-party vendors to achieve project goals.
  • Facilitate regular status meetings, governance reviews, and performance reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Optimize resource utilization and workload balancing across modules and support streams, fostering a culture of efficiency and productivity.
  • Promote process improvements, documentation updates, and knowledge management to enhance team performance and agility.
  • Support audits and compliance activities as per client and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.
  • Develop and mentor team members, promoting knowledge sharing and growth opportunities to foster a high-performing team environment.
