About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at the Kadina Hub. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing responsive and client-centred services to individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing individualized support to clients in their homes and in the community
  • Assisting clients with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
  • Encouraging clients to participate in community activities and develop independent living skills
  • Collaborating with other professionals to develop and implement client care plans
About You

We are looking for a team player with a strong commitment to providing high-quality support services. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III in Individualized Support or a related field
  • Experience working with people with disabilities, preferably in a community-based setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong client-centred approach to service delivery
