About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Port Pirie, providing high-quality care to clients with various physical and intellectual disabilities. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based occupational therapy services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, plan, and deliver occupational therapy services to clients, including assessments, diagnoses, and treatments.
  • Develop and implement client plans, ensuring effective monitoring and reviews.
  • Collaborate with a range of clients, following a referral-based service model.
  • Conduct home and community visits as required.
  • Liaise with medical and allied health professionals.
  • Coach and advise team members and carers.
  • Facilitate therapeutic groups and workshops.
  • Attend meetings and maintain accurate documentation.

Requirements

  • Current driver's license (pool cars provided).
