Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Help Centre Support Specialist to join our Property & Land Development team on a part-time basis.

This is a 12-month maximum term opportunity. We are looking for someone who can work approximately 25 hours per week, with our ideal working hours being Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM.

The Role

You will provide expert guidance and accurate information to ensure customers are well-informed and supported throughout their development journey.

  • You will handle a diverse mix of queries, including connection and development enquiries, asset and property sewerage plan information, Dial Before You Dig requests, tapping bookings and meter installation enquiries, service connection queries for potable water, recycled water, and sewerage, Sewer Backlog and ECO Connection Program support, preliminary advice on subdivisions, developments, and asset protection, and interpretation and communication of policies and servicing guidelines.

This role is critical in ensuring that our customers receive the information and assistance they need to navigate their development journey.
