**Care Leadership Opportunity**

A dedicated leader is sought to create a safe, supportive and comfortable environment for residents. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a collaborative team culture and ensuring high-quality care that meets residents' needs.

The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills, Aged Care experience and leadership qualities. They must demonstrate financial accountability and effective communication skills. Strong collaboration with clinical staff and ability to implement quality improvement initiatives are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Oversee leadership roles to ensure a well-functioning team.
  • Resident Support: Collaborate with clinical staff to deliver high-quality care that meets residents' physical, emotional and social needs.
  • Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets to support the needs of residents and staff while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
  • Quality Improvement: Implement initiatives to enhance the standard of care and services provided.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to relevant laws, regulations and industry standards specific to aged care facilities.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with residents, their families, staff and external stakeholders.
