Job Title: Dedicated Support Worker

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate support worker to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with a young female client who requires high levels of support in navigating daily life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality support to participants, meeting their individual needs and goals.
  • Communicate effectively with the participant, team members, and support specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Understand and follow instructions, responding promptly to the participant's needs.
  • Provide support as required, prioritizing the participant's safety and well-being.
  • Build strong rapport and maintain a gentle, encouraging manner when interacting with the participant.
  • Be reliable and flexible, ensuring adequate coverage for shifts as needed.
  • Develop a respectful relationship with the participant, supporting them in achieving their NDIS Goals.
Requirements

  • Demonstrate a desire to enhance people's lives through dedication and hard work.
  • Provide evidence of eligibility to work in Australia and hold or be willing to obtain necessary certifications (NDIS worker screening or yellow card, blue card).
