Geotechnical Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Geotechnical Engineer to lead our geotechnical design team and contribute to the success of our clients in various sectors.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in geotechnical investigation, analysis, and design, as well as strong leadership skills to manage a growing engineering team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a skilled Geotechnical Engineer to take on a leading position in the ground engineering input to projects and collaborate with teams worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Lead geotechnical designs for surface and underground structures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver design solutions that meet client expectations.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies for geotechnical investigation and design recommendations.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Qualifications
  • Degree in civil engineering or equivalent and chartered status with a recognized professional body.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with stakeholders and clients, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
  • Strong numerical/analytical capabilities, excellent report writing skills, and the ability to self-check and produce accurate work.
  • Experience in developing Geotechnical Base Line reports is desirable.
