Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Programs Coordinator to coordinate the delivery of our Learning for Life suite of programs. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating program implementation, developing and maintaining strong partnerships with schools and community agencies, and ensuring accurate data management.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify school and community needs to determine program suitability.
  • Coordinate the delivery and administration of Learning for Life programs in partner schools and the local community.
  • Maintain accurate databases and track program participation numbers.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with partner schools and relevant community agencies.
  • Support the induction, training, and supervision of volunteers.
  • Contribute to broader program implementation and development initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A demonstrated background in program coordination and project planning.
  • Proven experience in establishing and maintaining partnerships with schools and community agencies.
  • Strong computer literacy and administrative skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • A current driver's license.

Salary

The estimated salary range for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
