Case Manager

We are seeking a skilled Case Manager to join our Retail Insurance Operations team at Zurich Insurance Group.
In this role, you will be responsible for tracking new business submissions, completions, and reducing end-to-end turnaround times through suspense management activities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage workflows, systems processing, correspondence, and phone calls in collaboration with Underwriters, Health Connect Consultants, and Sales teams.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives and drive results.
