Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Solution Architect to lead the deployment of our PowerOn Advantage solution in Perth. This role will involve designing and implementing SCADA Architecture, PoA integrations System, and IBM ACE, SOAP web services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support solution scalability for additional network infrastructure.
  • Evaluate and ensure the deployment of infrastructure components align with company objectives, national and local standards.
  • Coordinate inventory and database management for deployment activities.
  • Oversee work orders to operations fulfillment, assurance, and field operations organization.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Functional understanding of power transmission and distribution systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux server configurations.
  • Familiarity with Agile Project Management Methodology.
  • Detailed understanding of PoA architecture and its components.
Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in deploying POA systems in power utilities.
  • Experience in integrating PoA with OT applications like GIS, WFM, PI Historian, and corporate application systems.
Technical Skills:
  • Network configuration of SCADA, DMS, OMS in PoA.
  • Setup of PoA Application and Database server, reports server, FEP server, Historian database, and DPF (Dist. Power Flow) application server, Proxy Server.

Customer interactions and working in multi-vendor environments.

The ability to provide guidance on defining solution architecture considering integration of PoA with external systems.
