At Publicis Le ONE, we are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Performance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for managing paid search campaigns across the client's portfolio of brands.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Google Ads and SA360, as well as experience in building and managing SEM / paid search campaigns. You will lead the set-up, ongoing optimisation and evolution of the SEM accounts, oversee the implementation and day-to-day tasks of the offshore team members, and support in client meetings, address requests, and assist in developing and refining SEM strategies.

We estimate that this role can earn approximately $85,000 per year based on industry standards and location. However, please note that salary may vary depending on factors such as location, experience, and performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting in implementing, monitoring, and managing industry-leading performance media strategies, with a focus on paid search
  • Executing and optimising campaigns across various paid search platforms to drive business outcomes for the client
  • Delivering accurate and timely reports, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation
  • Maintaining a high level of attention to detail, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently
  • Applying a curious mindset to understand and analyse campaign performance, always seeking to learn and improve
  • Taking ownership of tasks, effectively prioritising and managing multiple concurrent responsibilities
  • Supporting the Account Services team and client stakeholders on ad hoc requests
  • Collaborating closely with the Performance Media team, Account Managers, and Operations Leads, contributing to a team-oriented environment and celebrating collective achievements
