Senior Change Professional

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced change management professional to lead and manage change initiatives across various sectors.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of delivering complex change programs, with expertise in stakeholder engagement, organizational design, and workforce transition.

  • Lead and manage change initiatives, developing and implementing effective change management strategies.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions that drive business value.
  • Design and deliver training programs to equip employees with the skills and knowledge needed to adapt to change.
  • Analyse business data to inform change decisions and measure the impact of change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement change management strategies that meet business objectives.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with change.
  3. Mentor and coach team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in a rapidly changing environment.
  4. Conduct regular reviews and assessments to ensure change initiatives are on track and make adjustments as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in change management, preferably in a professional services environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration or organizational development.
