As a Senior Consultant or Manager, you'll work with many of the world's largest organisations, fastest-growing companies, and private equity firms on some of the most complex deals in the global market.

You will help to identify key value drivers, challenge assumptions about future performance, search for and advise on hidden value, and work with other teams to deliver an integrated approach to clients before, during, and after the transaction.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in due diligence engagements related to acquisitions or disposals by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Manage information flows and key stakeholders.
  • Identify business development opportunities and assist Partners and Directors on proposals and new business opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, business, finance, or economics, and be a member of a relevant professional body.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and adaptability in a collaborative team environment, with experience in a Transaction Diligence role within a consulting environment.
  • Capable of working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements, showcasing strong project management and client relationship skills.
