">- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to facilitate timely access to specialist perinatal mental health services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local perinatal mental health services and eligibility criteria, providing expert guidance on referral options, pathways and eligibility.
- Support the development of high-quality, evidence-based care through ongoing participation in practice communities.
- Minimum of 3 years post-registration experience in a related field.
- Proven ability to conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with experience working effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
