Infrastructure Asset Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to provide effective maintenance of infrastructure assets.

  • Supervise subordinate staff and contractors effectively.
  • Schedule annual improvement programs and projects efficiently.
  • Provide accurate pre-construction estimates for capital expenditure planning.
  • Exercise cost control throughout all stages of construction.
  • Develop strong relationships with public authorities and the community.
  • Implement and monitor workplace health and safety management systems.
Key Responsibilities:

Leadership: Supervise subordinate staff and contractors to achieve project goals.

Project Management: Schedule and manage annual improvement programs and projects on time and within budget.

Estimation: Prepare accurate pre-construction estimates for informed capital expenditure decision-making.

Cost Control: Maintain effective cost control mechanisms to ensure projects stay within budget.

Communication: Develop and maintain positive relationships with public authorities and the community through effective communication.

WHS Management: Implement and monitor a comprehensive workplace health and safety management system.

Essential Qualifications and Experience:
  • A relevant 4-year degree or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in infrastructure asset care.
  • Experience in supervising subordinate staff and contractors.
  • Extensive knowledge of infrastructure asset management, including construction, maintenance, and repair.
  • Knowledge of applicable legislation, regulations, and industry standards.
  • A valid driver's license for safe travel between worksites.
