Our mission is to provide high-quality in-home care services that enhance the lives of our customers. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an Aged Care Support Worker.

This role involves providing domestic assistance, meal preparation and shopping, social support, transport to lifestyle activities, personal care services, respite and emotional support. If you have a passion for assisting others and making a positive impact on their lives, we encourage you to apply.

The successful candidate will have 3 months or more experience in a similar role, a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle. They will be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Meal preparation and shopping
  • Social support and transport to lifestyle activities
  • Personal care services, including bathing, dressing and medication management
  • Respite and emotional support
  • Transport to appointments
  • Complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia

Requirements:

  • 3 months or more experience in a similar role
  • Current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • Comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems
