Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Functional Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence by aligning business strategy with performance insights, empowering data-driven decision-making across the organisation.

This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape how our business executes its goals with precision, efficiency, and long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in functional roles within Oracle EPM (Cloud and/or Hyperion suite) and hands-on experience with at least two of the following modules: Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, Capital planning, Cash Flow Planning, ARCS, PCMCS, Narrative Reporting, EDMCS.

A strong understanding of financial, workforce, and capital planning, consolidation, reporting, and core accounting principles is also essential.

The successful candidate will lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Oracle EPM solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions, and support key enterprise planning activities including financial, workforce, capital, and cash flow planning.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interpret complex information and clearly convey ideas between business and technical stakeholders.

Prioritisation and time management skills are also essential, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a deadline-driven environment.
