As a seasoned Digital Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to excel in account management with a focus on e-commerce.

Main Responsibilities
  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring seamless project execution
  • Oversee the delivery of digital projects from inception to completion: timelines, coordination, budgets, and reporting
  • Take ownership of one large e-commerce client as well as additional smaller accounts
  • Manage projects across Shopify and WordPress builds, website optimisation, and campaigns
  • Brief and support internal creative and development teams, overseeing QA and delivery
  • IDentify opportunities to grow accounts and add value through strategic input
  • Maintain projects on track with tools such as Asana, Slack, or similar
Requirements
  • 2–4 years' experience in a digital or creative agency in account or project management
  • Prior experience managing Shopify or WordPress projects is essential
  • Strong knowledge of e-commerce and digital campaign delivery
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills – comfortable running client meetings
  • A collaborative approach, with a curiosity for new tools and technologies
