About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail network, overseeing its financial performance, customer experience, and operational excellence. As a key member of our Senior Leader team, you will contribute strategically to organisational practices, decisions, and goals.

You will be responsible for managing branch networks, mobile bankers, digital home loan sales teams, and insurance partnerships. Your role will involve representing us in the community, with stakeholders, and at industry events.

As a leader of leaders, you will report to the Chief Customer Officer and oversee State Managers leading branch networks and Senior Managers heading business development, insurance, and digital home loan sales teams.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in senior roles within retail banking environments
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a leader of leaders
  • Experience in leading geographically-dispersed teams and direct reports
  • Experience leading in highly-regulated and dynamic environments
  • Possess excellent communication skills across various audiences
  • Able to establish strong relationships internally and externally at all levels
  • Committed to quality, continuous improvement, and growth mindset
  • Exceptional leadership qualities with the ability to realise potential in others
