We're seeking a visionary professional to drive customer-centric initiatives and shape the future of our business. As a Business Manager, Customer Strategy, you'll partner directly with senior leadership to deliver impactful projects that enhance client outcomes, advocacy, and alignment across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a strategic partner to senior leaders, providing informed guidance on key priorities and executive decision-making.
  • Own the operating rhythm of the customer function, from leadership meetings to quarterly reviews and board-level reporting.
  • Coordinate delivery of strategic initiatives that improve client outcomes, advocacy, and alignment across the business.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure strategic focus reflects evolving client needs and market dynamics.
  • Develop compelling executive communications, customer-facing materials, and engagement forums that drive results.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in business management, consulting, or customer strategy from any related industry or field.
  • A customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in client outcomes.
  • Exceptional organizational and program management skills, with comfort managing multiple priorities at pace.
  • Confidence in preparing and presenting executive-level communications and materials.
