About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Chatswood-based Maintenance Team, supporting operational excellence within the water and wastewater industry. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with our Maintenance and Operations teams to provide critical insights and optimise processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse and interpret maintenance and operational data from SAP, Maximo, and Power BI to enhance workflow efficiency and asset management.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance activities.
  • Generate detailed analytical reports to support maintenance planning, asset management, and project tracking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data-driven decision-making and optimise workflows.
  • Ensure data integrity and identify areas for improvement within current systems.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Data Analyst with a strong background in Power BI, SAP, and Maximo. You will have a proven ability to deliver actionable insights and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements
  • Extensive experience working with Power BI, including dashboard creation and data visualisation.
  • Proficiency in SAP and Maximo, ideally within a maintenance or asset management environment.

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams.
