Power Systems Leadership Position

The Lead Power Systems Engineer will play a key leadership role in creating and driving design, reports, studies, and analysis to diverse clientele across resources and renewable energy.
Strong skills and experience are required in the following areas:
- Analysis and Design of High Voltage Power Systems
- Specialized network analysis and performance standard studies experience
- Solid electrical engineering experience that also includes knowledge of electrical, instrumentation and controls applications
- Experience working on both greenfields and brownfields projects
- Degree level electrical engineering qualifications, with specialized power engineering qualifications well regarded
- An ability to self-manage while working in a variety of team/project delivery scenarios
- The ability to travel with project requirements
Responsibilities include undertaking power system analysis for clients, designing power systems for mining and power generation industries, preparation and evaluation of tenders, and using power systems modelling packages such as DigSilent (PowerFactory) and ETAP.
