Key Role Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage value and access initiatives for our organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality submissions, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and submit evidence-based content for PBAC, MSAC, and PHARMAC, ensuring quality, alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Serve as the market access lead on cross-functional teams, providing actionable insights to inform strategy and business planning.
  • Contribute to reimbursement feasibility assessments and portfolio prioritisation.
  • Monitor the evolving reimbursement landscape and contribute to stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure local access insights inform evidence planning.
  • Provide input into reimbursement and pricing assumptions for financial planning cycles.
  • Represent our organization externally with key stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Biomedical, Science, Public Health, Health Economics, or Business Administration.
  • Experience in Value & Access, health economics, or related roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Understanding of the ANZ healthcare system and reimbursement processes.
  • Ability to write high-quality HTA submissions and tailor content for technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to identify complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
