Job Opportunity

We are seeking skilled rope access professionals to work on various projects in Sydney.

The ideal candidate will be a certified IRATA technician with experience working on construction sites and hands-on experience in rope access tasks related to remedial and construction work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in maintenance, construction, painting, rendering, and remedial work.
  • Work as part of the team contributing to rescue procedures and occasionally act as a standby technician.
  • Share knowledge and experience to develop and strengthen team capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the Rope Access Manager to expand the department and build client relationships.

Requirements:

  • Current IRATA certification (Level 1, 2, or 3)
  • Experience working on construction sites
  • Minimum of 200 rope access hours
  • Hands-on experience in rope access work related to remedial and construction tasks
  • Confidence using power tools
  • Trade qualifications and high-risk work licenses are advantageous
  • Excellent attention to detail and work ethic
  • Positive and collaborative attitude toward colleagues and clients
  • Good physical fitness and ability to meet physical requirements
  • Valid construction white card
